This location is really nice and open allowing you a good view of your kids at all times. We went for a birthday party and the staff was amazing! They were great with the children and even told the mom of the birthday girl that they wanted her to relax and let them handle everything down to clean up so she could stay stress free. The facility was extremely clean; which is a huge plus especially with children. The bathrooms were also immaculate. It was just a great experience from the time we walked in until the time we left. If I could give more stars I would. Amazing customer service from everyone on staff. Thank you for a great experience for our little ones!!!

This is the second time that I got stiffed on my rewards points because the employee ran the card without taking the phone number first. All I got was a sorry I should have asked first. With three kids that's a lot of points/ incentives I am missing out on. As much as I like the place where is the point in having a rewards system in place if you don't let people collect their points.
