rich seems like he is nice but i wouldnt trust him to do much more than clean a gun. went in for some mini 14 work and everything seemed fine, had some AK47 issues and he didnt know much about them and then proceeded to say how much he "knew" about them. he literally said "those are built to loose tolerances" then 2 minutes later "the tolerances on them are tight" over the course of our conversation i gathered hes not very good at what he does and decided to take my mini 14 work elsewhere, then he became insulting and condescending. if you go to him beware!
