Took me nearly a month to get an appointment. No one ever, and I mean ever, answers the phone. This is not a good branch to do business at. Their mortgage team is also basically helpless.

Walked in for an appointment on the wrong date, but was quickly helped by Ruben who was able to find us someone to assist. Yesenia was also very helpful and took care of everything we needed. Thank you both for your excellent customer service!

Horrible location. Im so tired of todays lazy people. Definitely stay away from bald banker at second station on the right.

Terrible service and more if the men attend you plus a bald guy who is there they do not give you the required attention I recommend you go to another
