Update: After calling my bike manufacture I found that this store put my bike back together incorrectly. They put the washers in the wrong place and seemed to add one that didn’t fit. A simple google search or phone call would have shown that it was a mechanical issue like I had suggested. Glad it was not a safety related repair. My bike now work great after fixing it my self. Once again very poor customer service at this shop. I took my e bike here to have it serviced. They said they couldn’t work on my electronics because it was not a trek bike. I said that was no problem. They replaced my chain and tried to true up my wheel, but weren’t able to. When I got it home I rode it and the motor would go in and out every time the peddles went around. I dropped it back off they fought me, saying it was not their problem. I explained that everything worked perfect before dropping it off, I just wanted them check and make sure they put everything back correctly. They were pretty unwilling to help but took it anyway. They then kept the bike for a week and a half and then called me and said they didn’t look at it. They said they sent a message to the company but didn’t get a response and that it was not their problem. I am now working to fix the bike. Trek corporate is helping me and said that the experience I received from the shop was not up to their standards and they would deal with them. The whole time the guy running the shop had a terrible attitude and treated me like I was a bother. I was also getting my wife’s bike serviced which we bought from that store. It was over 1k for that bike and they still treated me like they had better things to do. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I drove quite a bit out of my way because they had the bike a wanted. I'm happy with the bike and very happy with the service. The drive was worth it!
