I bought two refurbished Queen mattresses from this place for a very good price couple years ago.Still sleeping on them.They also made the delivery right to my apartment door.Planning to buy one more King size mattress soon.I had only positive experiences.Thank u guys.Very nice store!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯😊

They have a lot of nice stuff but the customer service needs improvement. I was looking to buy the tall white dresser/chest that's been at the window for MONTHS. I went in looking to buy it after constantly passing by it and finally deciding "Yes. This is the one!". I went in but the man said he couldn't sell it to me unless I bought the entire bedroom set. First I asked how much it was and he started off by saying, "That is really expensive." ??????? Y'all seen Selena right? Remember, when she was trying to buy that dress? That's what it felt like. Like, Sir, that's not what I asked. Then he tried selling me other items that he stated were cheaper. He also said he'd give me a deal if I purchased the whole set. Is that really the only way you'd sell me this dresser? C'mon man. The whole time I felt like he was trying to rush me out when I was just trying to give him business because it doesn't look like anyone wants to buy that bedroom set if its been there for months. Anyway, you're better off buying at Mi Casa Furniture. It's just a few blocks East after the Kimball brownline. They buy from the same retailer with very similar show books too. Oh, and the customer service is professional and welcoming.
