Service is not what you would expect it to be as a restaurant who serves banquets. The bus runner served me extra bread by handing me the knife with bread on it in front of my face, not placing in the basket, was next to me on the other side. My 1 yr old child was sitting next to me and not acceptable. I had to use my hands to grab knife out of my face. As i did my 1 yr old went straight for his glass plate and almost dropped it on the floor. Moving on The server couldn’t answer any questions we had on the menu. My husband ordered a 12oz chicken and was given 6 oz. But wait his order was almost not taken by our server. Food was decent. Overall just had a bad snow ball effect in service, the type that does not make you want to come back. Now they did take $8 off for the chicken mishap and then proceeded to give me a $5 gift card for when i come back. This will be my first and last time. I let the front desk/manager/host know of situation as well. But more or less got a I’m sorry the bus runner is new and a thank you for letting her know. My best piece of advice is for servers to know and learn the menu. Along with having common sense you don’t hand someone bread on a knife especially when they are sitting next to a baby. We originally came for the Halloween activities which were fun for my toddlers.
