I brought a bag of clothes and they literally didn’t even go through it, it was folded the same way I brought it in. They just wasted my time.

I called before going and was told the max was 4 bags, then when I made it all the way from the Chicago area, the young lady told me 2 bags. So when I explained that’s someone told me four that’s when she was willing to accept them, Next thing she assured me that it will take 45 mi, I went back in after an hr and 20min and the nerdy girl with the glasses cursed me out and told me it was only 2 of them and she will get to it when she can,and that right now she was checking clothes out, I explained to her that my clothes had been sitting there since 1st shift and that I’ve been in my car waiting for almost 2hrs she had an nasty attitude and I want management to do something about it

I normally wouldn’t complain but I brought in two huge bags of clothes and when I went back in to pick up my stuff they said it was a “no buy” because they’re only taking athletic wear and outerwear at the moment, which is fine, however; no one told me that when I dropped my things off. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or theirs if I had known they weren’t going to be able to take anything I had. I’m just annoyed that I wasn’t made aware of what they were looking for at the time of drop off. I will say that the employees were still respectful and I appreciate that.
