I always make a payment every month, on time, and I've never paid off my entire balance at once. They fraudulently took the ENTIRE balance out of my checking account and are telling me it'll take a whole billing cycle to reverse. I've been making the same payments for over a year. I have to pay rent and Zales is just like, "Oops." I wouldn't shop here, or at least don't put it on a CC or open one with this company. When they mess up, they don't fix the problem.

Maritza is very personable, easy to talk, HONEST and really took her time during the entire process from start to finish. She truly made my experience so smooth. A lot of other jewelers at other places did not give me & my fiancé the customer service she did, so we had to return to give her our business. She went from my first interaction with a jeweler, to me fully intending on only giving her my business when it comes to jewelry.

I can get jewelry anywhere, but I go to Zales for the people and the quality! Fran and Marty have been awesome and very helpful with making a decision for a new pocket watch! 10/10 service!
