I can’t express enough how these apartments have dwindled. I initially renewed my lease because of great customer service and that was 5 years ago. Since then I have to complain about our stairs wells looking like a haunted house all year round for them to power wash them. On top of that the lighting in the parking areas and sidewalks are out and I dare not leave my apartment while it’s dark. When I have a problem I have to continuously call the office or go to the office for assistance. Then when I am seeking help they say their going to fix it and never do. Or on the other hand try to make it seem like I don’t comprehend when 9/10 I can do their job better than them. I can even recall asking for corporates number and they told me to google it. Just poor customer service period if they lived their job they would assure and follow up with us. The only reason o haven’t moved yet is the stability for my kids but after this lease is up I’m gone. Maybe to the new apartments across the street or purchase a house but I will definitely not be here.

New management is just as bad as the old management. Never return your calls and are super slow on maintenance. Turned off water for the whole complex without notifying us and wouldn’t take my calls. It’s a nice living area, but just as long as you don’t need them to do anything.

So I read some average reviews and thought I would give this place a try. First of all, the office wasn't open which was disappointing, so I just self toured the apartment. I thought the property was beautiful with tall trees. I saw a lot of families going out on walks which seemed nice. I decided to make an appointment for an official viewing of the apartment. My appointment was confirmed, but then I arrived and the office was CLOSED yet again! There was also another family waiting for a long time to get a tour with the office. I heard that there has been a change in management and that's why the office has been closed. I just felt that this was a huge red flag. If they can't even manage simple appointment times, how the heck are they going to manage a whole apartment complex? What if someone came from out of town to view this apartment complex just to find out it was closed after making an appointment? That's just really bad service. Luckily for me, there's plenty of other apartments nearby that I can choose from.

Poor maintenance, too much noise, and Inadequate parking and lighting, especially for guests. Also, confusing layout- delivery drivers always get lost.
