Updating my review to reflect recent studio changes. First, can't give enough praise to coaches Nicol and Daw who keep the energy high and correct form. Front desk staff do a great job, particularly when they have to the be "face" of delivering bad news like schedule changes or cancelled classes. Update: 6:45 pm and 7 pm classes have returned. Much easier for those who work long days to make it into an evening class. Very please to see these classes back on the schedule. $10 price increase arrives in July 2022.

I love that I don’t have to decide what to do to get an amazing workout. I know next to nothing about weight training and don’t tend to push myself to run faster or run hills so these workouts take care of that. The coaches are awesome motivators and I love the accountability built into the program. So many days i would just go home and call it a night if i hadn’t already booked that class. Instead, i go and I never regret it. I have never consistently worked out at a gym until OTF. I love it and tell everyone all the time.

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Orangetheory Fitness (Owner) | Aug 12, 2022

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
