This was my first visit to the walk in clinic at Sound Family Medicine on 10th st in Puyallup and it was very positive. The receptionist, nurse, tech, and Dr were all very attentive to my needs. My PCP, Jennifer Hrivnak, is amazing. When I started having chronic migraines last year, I messaged her and she was able to squeeze me in for last minute video visits, last minute office visits to fill out paperwork for work, get me referrals to chiropractors and neurologists. She is very responsive and her messages and is a very down-to-earth person. I can't recommend her enough. She does book out a little ways for normal appointments, but I can guarantee that if you have her as a provider she's going to be there for you when you really need her. The staff is great as well at the clinic. Everyone's super nice and accommodating

Not impressed with service at reception desk or anything after. I was told to sit in my car since my allergy symptoms could be Covid 19. None of the signs posted showed the symptoms I had. Women at front desk seemed like I was bothering them when I had to use the restroom and asked why the long wait. After the extreme long wait I canceled my appointment, left and swore I would never go back.

A few months ago i had to see a Dr. for a referral to see a speech therapist. I've been here before and the visit went smoothly. However this time not so much. My doctor was an older white guy. He seemed sorta nice. I was explaining to him i need a referral so i can see a speech therapist for my speech impediment. He was then reluctant to believe i had any speech impediment and i talked "fine" to him. I had to beg him for the stupid referral because he thought i didn't need it in general (which i did). F**k that guy honestly
