I've never had a problem scheduling evening appointments, say 6, 630pm with Elizabeth (she's awesome) But I've never asked for a later one - not sure your time frame exactly

Do you take the debit card and how much to charge for a dye and hair cut.

Yes we do accept all major credit and debit. As far as pricing, we suggest coming in for a consultation for a more accurate price:)
