First time ever renting somewhere & it was a great experience. Loved these apartments, super quiet, kid friendly, and very homey. The girls in the front are super nice & helpful whenever I had questions about anything! Just a little pricey but definitely recommend these apartments if looking for somewhere safe if living alone or have kids.

Bianca and Belen were very helpful both ladies are very professional. They treated me with the outmost respect and processed my paperwork fast so that could get my apartment fast. Both Belen and Bianca care about helping people and understand peoples needs when trying to find an apartment. Both ladies always had a smile on their faces when greeting people. These Apartments are very clean and nice, I enjoy being able to cool off in the pool. I always feel safe from having security here. The management is very nice and kind. I recommend these Apartments.

Not sure if any of that will help but I do know you need 3 times the rent so i think as long as you are getting that, then you should be fine along with good credit!
