Filthy, broken beds. Staff could not care less about the patients. Personally witnessed staff on multiple, multiple times being horrible to my grandmother. I learned too late that my grandmother fell head first out of bed, reported to staff and staff did nothing to make sure she was okay. No neuro checks, no imaging, nothing. Resulted in her having a catastrophic stroke. Do not put your loved ones here. I promise you they will die. I'm working on filling a formal complaint.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!! I FOUND OUT AFTER VISITING MY FATHER IN THIS PLACE FOR 2 MONTHS HE HAD AN UNIARY TRACT INFECTION . SO I GOT HIM A PHONE TO KEEP ME POSTED ON THE CHECK UPS .THE STAFF WAS TOLD ABOUT IT AND WERE AWARE OF IT. TWO MORE MONTHS GOES BY AND NOTHING WAS DONE. HE STILL HAD IT .MY DAD CALLS ME HE HAD PASSED OUT AND FELL .NO ONE CAME FOR 2 HOURS UNTIL HE CRAWLED INTO HALL WAY HE FELL TRYING TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AND NOW THE HE IS IN ICU BREATHING THROUGH A TUBE ON DIALYSIS ONLY 15% OF HEART HIS WORKING FROM A INFECTION THAT WENT SEPTIC AND HE ONLY MONTHS TO LIVE CAUSE AND I QUOTE THE DOCTOR " HE GOT TO US TOO LATE " WOW WAY TO DROP THE BALL GUYS

My mother is a long term patient there. I tried calling tonight to get some info for an appointment she has tomorrow. The nurses are NOT answering the phone and when they finally do they act like they are transferring me to someone that can help but are sending me to another line that doesn't get answered. The night staff is rude and careless.
