All my questions were answered. They made the process easier. My complaint is any records they ask for, they send a separate bill at the end. I don't like surprises.
TBD TBD
This is not a fast process. They will do monthly check ins from.them updating your information file. This is not a negative on them at all, it's just the waiting process of dealing with government but they stay on top of knowing your condition as they work your case. Everyone I have dealt with has been patient kind and efficiently to the point. I have felt well represented and heard. They answer questions. Provide a good outline so you know reasonably what to expect. Keep in mind they are at the mercy of governmental red tape and along for the ride to a certain extent. My Attorney did a great job prepping me for the hearing and the judge. Listen and do what your Attorney tells you. I highly recommend them and have zero regrets hiring them to represent me. I have already passed their information along to a couple.

Great communication! Service was was fast I got mine in one year and three months. Everyone kept telling me it would take several years. I’m very pleased with Disability Help Group!

I have had no problem getting a hold of them, i found using their facebook instant message gets through to the lawyer right away and they answer, In the beginning i was having problems but now they have been great, thank you disability group for your help
I hâve been disabled sincè i was 36 and i ami 47 now. Im trying to get better and hâve bénéfits but not healing.
Very happy for you Martha: I have the same Attorney; Natalie Burns and she follows my case week by week however, as long as a person is persistent----don't give up----keep pushing and contacting this Agency, eventually a person will start to get answers because it takes a little longer for an Appeal Judge to look at a Case yet, the end results are favorable because the SSA drags their feet yet when the Lawyers deal directly with the SSA, they get nervous and you have to let the Lawyers deal directly with the SSA after they get the Case letter......It's been 2 1/2 years with my case but; I keep having faith in GOD----and do my best not to get upset because everything happens in GOD's time; not our time.......Yes a lot of people on the reviews have negative opinions about (DHG) but the point is that a lot of the other websites claiming to help with cases are just scams; be very careful giving out personal information....
🤷🤷🤷. I didn't have that problem. They returned all of my phone calls. I did have several paralegals though due to the first one being pregnant but still didn't have any problems. Sometimes it took a little longer to get a return call but no longer than a week. You have to answer ALL phone calls because sometimes they call from different numbers. 🤷 Good luck. 👍
Hello, I see that your Case Developer contacted you today to go over the details of your claim. We filed your application 3/26/18, generally, it takes about 3-6 months to receive a decision from Social Security. Your Case Developer should continue to touch base with you periodically while we are waiting on your claim to be decided. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns.
Your question is very vage but once filed if you are denied it is filed again. If denied againit goes to a hearing. I have been waiting 20 months on my hearing. Once it goes to hearing there are no updates at all unless you add updates. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
Call them
I had the same type of situation, finally someone called and talked with me, made me feel much better because i thought the same thing. Hope you get a response soon.

This a long and grueling process I'm going before a JLG tomorrow morning awaiting my 8th denial I've been at this since 2011 may the force be with you
Odd, it didn't cost me 6k. Far less. Social Security is the one giving you and others a hard time, not DHG. They were AWESOME in my case, and did more for me than those like Morgan and Morgan. How did it cost you 6 grand unless you got one heck of a settlement? Don't say you had to pay upfront either, because that isn't true. I don't know what your issue is, but THEY didn't cost you one red cent unless you won. Now SSA in the other hand it a totally different beast. THEY are ones you should be angry with. Or perhaps your case isn't that solid?
