I cannot say enough fantastic things about this store. My friend and I drove 3.5 hours from KC to STL for a concert and really wanted to stop by Lush since we have been bullied by our local Lush. We were first greeted by Josh who welcomed us in with a smile and was glad to help us out with all of the questions we had in store. The other employees in store (I apologize for not getting their names) were also absolutely amazing and happy to help us. This store is extremely well kept and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt like we left the store with new friends. This is the exact type of interaction I expect when I walk into Lush and I was not disappointed. It was such a wonderful experience and a breath of fresh air compared to my local location. Thank you so much STL Lush! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area!
