There are no returns on all weeks or costumes that have been worn if you have not tried on the outfit then yes you can return it for a different size that fits you it is very very white rain so you have a lot of selections when you go in there so I wouldn't pass it up

Not sure about brows, they have a limited selection of eyelashes. And they only had spirit gum, no eyelash adhesive except in full kits- like wolfman type. Next time I'm there I will check. Hopefully someone else will know and answer.

They have costumes with capes. The have capes alone. I chose a shoulder length hooded (riding hood) cape. A cloak, if you will. If you know what you want, they Will simply hand it to you. Lol it's that easy.
