I think the staff is doing the best they can, they just don't know really what they are doing. Will not go back there. Worst cut of our dogs life. Uneven, one dog had only one foots toenails trimmed. Very odd and unpleasant experience.

Thommy was Toby’s groomer and the note said he was a very sweet boy ! I was nervous taking Toby but the staff was so welcoming and Toby was surprisingly calm and didn’t bark or growl and I was shook , he was nervous of course but when I picked him up he look so good and happy ! 💜 I will forever keep bringing Toby to Thommy thank you for be loving and kind to my baby 💜
