Very disappointed. The tortillas that made up my enchiladas were so dry and hard, I couldn't cut through them with a fork, had to use a knife and about 50% of it was unedible because they were so hard that my teeth couldn't even break them down. The rice was also dry and balled up together in clumps. Portions too small. My sister's lemonade tasted like it was kept in the fridge with other foods. My mother took some sips of her margarita and left it full. Just mine and my husband's bill was $69 for two entrees, a margarita, and a tea. We really regret spending money on that. So many nicer restaurants at the Pearl with better value. Waitress was nice. That's about it.

Yes not just salads they have vegan everything, they will customize any order on the menu to be vegan. So let's say you want the chicken fajitas tacos, they will supplement and make the tacos vegan. Also their avocado and bean chalupas are amazing
