Great alternative from all the hustle and bustle of ski village. Fresh food and very healthy serving sashimi portions. Staffs are friendly and fast!

Enjoyed the old/new space. Sat at the bar & ordered a bunch of sushi. My favorite thing to do. Ran into some old friends and met some new ones. Realizing how much time has gone by since Sato first opened in that original space made me appreciate how the restaurant has sustained over the years and adapted to keep sushi in Edwards! I look forward to supporting them with my sushi addiction for many more years to come.
