The general manager of Paradise nursery on Dufferin and Washington is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. He’s rude and arrogant and no help at all. The owner needs to get rid of the general manager and get someone with a better attitude and who is willing to help the customers. Also, Paradise nursery needs to clean up all the trash in front of their business. They are making the community look bad.

My friend and I just recently suffered the most outrageous behavior from the nursery owner. We were in the process of completing a very large purchase that took two days to finish. The time delay was because the nursery didn't want to fill the order during lunch and insisted on advance notice and a day to pull the plants. Because too many people worked on the order a couple of plants were incorrect. We took those back to exchange and added to the order. The nursery owner sought us out on the grounds, yelled at us, told us we took too much of his man's time and to never come back. It was beyond shocking, and a complete misrepresentation of what had taken place. Frankly the individual was so over the top it was surreal. In the past I have accepted indifferent treatment because the plant quality was good. This however is beyond the pale.
