Don't go there if you want to return a package with that has a qr code. They won't let you do that unfortunately since they are at 50% capacity according to the lady working there

Blond lady (no name tag) was NOT great. She just took my old device to return Verizon during she went to backroom.I don't see what was she doing. I hope she did not damage an old device in the package, she don't show me. My old device is very condition. She was just nodded and done.

I feel compelled to add my review for customer service that you might likely experience.upon entering the store. I'm in there almost daily conducting business during peak hours at times as well as slower times. The core staff consists of 3 young ladies, Diana, Daisy and another who's name escapes me for the moment always cheerfully greeted and treated as part of the family as they do anyone else in line being served in my presence. Bottom line all three are so nice and never fail to greet customers cheerfully no matter how busy they are. Definitely treat me like a friend or family member. They insist on physically carrying out your packages if you are injured or just too old or seem unable to safely convey packages to car. Again insist on helping you. They are so kind i can only think that some of these reviews are bunk or by very hard to please individuals.
