What's the opposite of customer service? Serious question, because that's how I'd describe this place. I can't even say that it's bad customer service, because that would imply they had any to begin with. The optometrist next door is great, she was incredibly helpful, as were the nurses and intake representatives. The folks I dealt with at Visionworks? Yeah, not so much. Do yourself a favor if you're in the area: get your check ups next door, but get your glasses and contacts elsewhere.

Edit- Review is being changed to a 1 star. I picked up my sunglasses and they were defective (too dark and pitting in the mirror coating). Returned my sunglasses and was told it would be another 2 weeks due to sending them back to the factory. I am going on a month and every time I have called the store, I was told , " oh they are working on it..another store received your glasses...we don't have record of them..and you will get a text when they are done." To the owner of this store, please call me, I am tired of calling the store and receiving tge run-around. My experience with Visionworks is night and day compared to another eye store. They had my glasses for almost 2 weeks and they said they notified me which was not truth they are very disorganized i like the doctor but the store is really bad don’t go there
