This is a great novelty spot for a cute date or a meet up with friends. They specialize in everything chocolate! Be sure to try their iced or hot chocolate drinks or their mouse for dessert. Because they are firstly a chocolate factory you won’t find coffee here even if it pops up as a coffee shop on google. They also offer savory items if you’d like more than dessert. The pricing was reasonable for novelty items and they have a great selection of specialty teas and chocolate bars you can buy to take home!

No you do not. You only need reservation for afternoon teas, tastings, and fondue nights. You can come in and order off the menu any time during the day. If it's a Friday or Saturday making a reservation for lunch will ensure you get your food faster but you don't need to make a reservation.
