My hubby and I stopped here on our way south from the Grove Park Inn. The facility is beautiful as well as the furnishings. It is akin to those we’ve seen in California wineries, only on a smaller scale. The views are perfectly relaxing. However we were sorely disappointed in the charcuterie board. It was pre-packaged on styrofoam and plastic. For $24 we at least would have liked a plate and silverware. We also felt the wines were overpriced for the value and therefore didnt purchase any. By far the Petit Verdot (red) was their best wine; satisfied both my sweet and hubby’s dry palette. I will also give mention to their Cabernet Franc Rosé, it was delightful and we usually avoid rosé. We prefer reds, and there were 3 reds in the flight of 5. The Davenport and Coppedge Hill were the other reds offered. Please note that anyone under 21, even infants, are not allowed on the property. Didn’t affect us but there may be others who make the drive to only be turned away.

Beautiful vineyard/wine tasting room in NC. The outdoor space looking down at the vines is beautiful! Unfortunately it was too windy & cool and we couldn't sit on the adirondack chairs to enjoy it. The wine was good, we had the 2019 Coppedge Hill. It was $44 for the bottle. Wish the price was better, at least less than $40. If so, I would have brought some home 🤷♀️

Beautiful scenery, lovely winery on top of a hill Overlooking the orchards and mountains of western North Carolina, super boujee building, is a shame that the dogs are not allowed inside the building but the patio was cozy and warm. My Chilean 🇨🇱 family approved the wine 🍷

This absolute gorgeous vineyard sits in one of most ideal locations within the mountains of Hendersonville. I was absolutely impressed with the view of the surround countryside at this location, even more impressive were the grape vines, they literally appeared to be crawling up the surrounding hillside. Being one of the most modern winery's we have ever been to, the wonderful new building smell emanates throughout, as you enjoy the tastefully decorated and very comfortable interior. Even more surprising was the very friendly staff were extremely knowledgeable of their wine and allowed us to taste prior to making a decision on a bottle. Something many vineyards do NOT provide to their customers at no additional cost. I have never really been impressed with the NC wines until recently and even more impressed with the reds at Stone Ash, they provide some excellent full bodied reds! Of course when your stuck with such a terrific view, there is no reason to sit inside, soak in the gorgeous view outside in any of the very comfortable seating arrangements they have to offer and fear not, they actually do take the time to check on you! Cheers!

Vicki, yes dogs are allowed! We only ask they stay outside and on a leash, unless they are a service animal.
Hi! We do not have a restauraunt inside the tasting room. We currently offer a selection from our snack box that pairs well with our wines. Right now we have: pita chips, hummus, cheese, chocolate, some deli meat, and nuts. We also have charcuterie boards available to buy as well.
