Not at all impressed. Placed an order on Monday afternoon, received a shipping confirmation and tracking number on Tuesday afternoon...and now on Thursday, no one has the slightest clue where my order is. All the tracking number tells me is that a shipping label was printed and that the USPS has not yet received the package..and the person I spoke with when I called Welding City was completely clueless. If I had ordered from CK World wide, I would have paid a little more, but I would have already received the order....lesson learned.

Great customer service. I called them with some technical questions on the items I was ordering. They were able to answer all my questions and even gave me good advice when I Iinstall/hook up my parts. Prices for items were better than purchasing them locally. I will purchase from them again.
