I live in the Centennial apartments they do not return any phone calls or emails. I put a request for reasonable accommodation and they are legally past the point of accommodating my need. You do not want to live in there buildings they are not kept up. The building I live in has mold in the bathroom and once again can't accommodate. I injured my knee even worse by falling yesterday that should have been prevented but it wasn't. They don't follow any of the laws even Seattle housing authority said they need to redo there stairs but the management doesn't care about anything community roots needs new employment across the board

Management never return phone calls, even worse never return emails and their portal wil even you a ticket number saying you left a remark! and management will lie about that and say they never got it. the new tendents will even make copies of their keys and give it to their friends this building is really unsafe and not secure. The tendents just throw the keys out the window so they won't have to walk down and let them in. Because of this keys are always being lost and stolen. Might as well just hand out the keys at the front door to make copies to everyone.

So far my experience has been positive, we'll see what happens later or in the future

From the beginning was awful. Terrible communication. I had to resend everything multiple times because they lost it or never got sent. Sent 6 months of paystubs and a employment verification saying I barely make over minimum wage : for them two take my two highest pay checks which were only high because of the holidays and snow. And say that I make 20,000 more then I said I did. Which is not true their only getting this crazy number because they did the math weird on TWO CHECKS. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them no one will help saying I have to hand write a appeal letter which can take weeks. It already took them almost 3 weeks just to say I make too much money which is a lie. They don’t care about their residents and honestly have a poor outlook on everything
