Came through the drive-thru they forgot my mild and hot sauce and i realized when i opened the bag and was almost to deception pass so we went back to get sauces and i walked in to grab some just to be givin a dirty look by some 16-17 yr old kid that was blonde and he started talking about me loudly to his co worker about how weird i was for grabbing sauces so i explained that they forgot mine and he just said “oh okay my bad” dont ever talk about your customers infront of then ATLEAST very dissatisfied with the customer service and the fact i was getting judged because they forgot my sauce and stuff. dont appreciate the lack of service and being talked about for their mistake without askinf questions and quick to assume.

Went through drive thru today at 9 am to be told they weren't open until 10 am. This isn't the first time that the workers seem to make their own hours. I went through last friday around 10 pm and they were already lights out and closed. The food is sloppily made and is usually wrong and cold. Today after waiting for them to decide to open they still had no sausage made. what food they did make was cold, which is ridiculous as we were the first order to be made. I don't know what is going on with this Taco Bell. They used to be so good. I never used to have issues and their food was deliciously made and hot.

They are never open for breakfast! 1 out of 5 trips results in breakfast burritos, otherwise I'm staring at the sign that says "open from 7 am to midnight" away 9 am with the doors locked and drive thru closed. Great when it's open!
