It is a McDonald's, enough said. My complaint is their McDonald's app which for 4 weekends in a row did not work. What's frustrating is all seems to be working until you get to the parking stall to have someone bring your take out order when you realize the app will freeze and not finalize your order. Dine in is closed at this point and long lines in the drive thru. I emailed customer service but as usual they explain to me how to use the app, which I DID (duh) several times. I noticed while in the curb/parking stall several cars were leaving because of the same problem. So NO McDonald's for me.

"We have to dine in- there's flowers!" - me Living on the island often feels like I time travelled a decade behind. So the kiosk system here is quite a surprise. Lovely greeters and hard working folks keeping things clean. -1 star to the Karen corporate manger lady who was on site today. There is no need to yell at subordinates- especially in front of customers. You can be authoritative without putting others down.
