It does -not- take an hour to boil bone broth. $15 for one order of steak pho is not worth the hour long wait. Got here when it was light out and left in pitch black, unacceptable. There were 4 other people in the restaurant. Been here before on a busy friday, took 15 minutes. Not only did they take an hour, but they put unwanted pepper on my noodles. Pho does not contain pepper on noodles.

The best Thai food you will find. Every dish I had was obviously made with pride. Nate, the owner loves her food and you can tell. The curry with pineapple was a great mix of salty / sweet and just the right amount of heat. I wish I lived closer
