Horrible jewelry store and customer service. I received my engagement ring in a small white envelope with no box. Really nice gesture when you’re asking someone to marry you. Take your business elsewhere. They act like a ring box is so expensive.

years ago I purchased my wife’s wedding ring from marage jewelers and years later took the same ring for repair and not knowing the original purchase was made at their store I was told the bad quality was not gold and the diamond was of such low quality that it should be replaced.

Really disappointed with the quality we keep getting from the products. My husband bought me a tennis bracelet for Christmas. I didn’t have an occasion to wear it to until we went to the Detroit Opera House in February. I had it on for less than 20 minutes before it broke. I thought I lost it in Detroit. Thank God it had fallen off at home or we would have been out over 1K. I had my rings soldered here and they were a bit messy looking. Their prices seem a bit inflated compared to other places. Overall just not impressed.
