I have come here in the past when in a pinch because they are fast. That's about all they have going for them. The technician who checked me in and completed my transaction never clarified what type of oil I wanted, nor the price. Not sure how the air pressure in my tires was nor what else they noticed. When he gave me the total, I had no clue what they actually had done to my car. I then asked a few questions to check on what I had been told could pose a future problem -- a leaky gasket cover. His response was that he had made a note on my receipt. When prodded, he said that it was pretty bad and that I'd have to take it somewhere full service. Ok, fine, thank you ... but isn't that something you should suggest? How about telling me if it's urgent? A second mechanic jumped in and actually tried to give me some information -- but then added that, oh yeah, your tires don't look good (that wasn't a note on my receipt). I appreciate their speed but definitely left clear on the fact that your $100 oil change doesn't include any insight to take care of your car. Will I come again?Sure, if I am on a time crunch and have no illusions of customer service.

My oil change light had been on for about a week, so decided to go here to get an oil change. During this covid 19, I didn't want to go in to a place and wait. From the time I got in line, I waited less than 5 minutes, service was absolutely wonderful! Customer service was amazing, friendly , cheerful, masks on greeted me, very professional and great service. Highly recommended! Quick Lube has a customer! Thank you!
