I was very pleased with how the TECHNICIAN ALBERT PHILLIPS worked and that he was upfront about the price and he said that he would stay till it was cleared and he did , my cleanOUT is in ceiling so it was a very tough job but he didn't quit and he took the time to talk to me about how loyalty plan worked I've been loyalty member long time but never was explained to what options I had and things I could do to help be preventative with my pmi so again I will request you Everytime I use HEp ALBERT IS TRUE TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND THE SERVICE HE DOES FOR HEP!!

ANTHONY is my service tech for the hvac issue. He is polite, personable an KNOWLEDGEABLE in everything hvac. He knows his trade an will not 'sell' you something you don't need. He will identify the problem an find the solution, an fix the issue. He is the tech you need. The previous tech is no longer with the company. ANTHONY is 'old school' an does it CORRECTLY !
