This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my life. The younger guy who did my nails was horrific from start to finish. I originally came in for a full set and he insisted I only needed a fill. To save money, I agreed and was charged for a full set I did not receive! I asked him to fix a nail he put on crooked (I had one broken nail from my last set) and he refused. I told him 3 times the color is not what I wanted and was ignored. The set is LUMPY, UNEVEN, and STREAKY. I find it hard to believe this guy even has a license to be doing this. He was rude the entire time and I was treated as an inconvenience. I guess the job I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR ($55 for a basic color fill NO DESIGN) was inconvenient as he was too busy texting and talking on the phone the whole time. I’m generally a very generous tipper but this is the FIRST time I’ve ever left NO TIP. When he asked how I liked them at the end I told him I did not and he didn’t care and didn’t make it right. I would have my 12 year old niece do my nails before I would ever come to this salon again. If this review disappears again I will continue to put it back up. UPDATE: This happened the next day! Slightly bumped my nail while cleaning and it came STRAIGHT OFF. I COULD CRY. I paid $55 for this!!!!! 5 day update: 3 other nails are missing polish and one of them came off completely. This place is a complete robbery and I will be reporting to the better business bureau

I just had the best shellac mani. TU was AMAZING!! he did exactly what I asked and more! If you’re looking for an amazing mani come here. I wanted short nails with rounded tips and I was so happy with them I made an appointment for next time. I love this place.
