As a walk in clinic, they are better than most. They take time with their patients. Also you are served as you come in, so yes if you are the 7th in its going to be a while.

Yes our center sutures wounds and offers x-rays.
$120 for the office visit plus $50 test fee.
The drug screenings done in the centers are: alcohol/drug testing, a 5/10 panel instant drug testing (urinalysis that detects cocaine, marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, propoxyphene, & Quaaludes), and hair follicle testing. Most of these are done on behalf of employers as part of a pre-employment exam for Occupational Health Programs.
