3 hours for an oil change with an appointment, every time I kept asking for updates it was always 10 more minutes, Wesley was the absolute worse. So disengaged, 0 sense of customer service. I felt like I needed to apologize for him doing his job. Last time bringing my vehicle to this dumpster fire.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, the sales team was none existent threw the whole process pretty much and had to keep having to be paged untill the point the women in financeing took care of me the rest of the way. They were accommodating to my situation on a Saturday as far as delivery aspect. But as far as there inspection, that was numbismol. Oil wasn't changed (still had original oil change sticker in window from previous change) and oil showed the age too. After getting it home and doing more further inspection the front brakes where wrong, With the wrong size rotors allowing uneven wear and only 3/4 of the pad to touch the front rotors. I highly doubt the vehicle was ever inspected or gone threw. I'm Lucky enough to have connections to get it fixed and looked at properly, this is a warning to others that arnt able to have those mechanic connections. Have your vehicle inspected before buying from a shop if you have time. Overall the process was pretty bad especially sitting for almost 2 hours after saying we were wanting to buy the vehicle. Hopefully this brings light to others and the dealership to do a better all around job. I'm 50/50 if I'll ever come back again to purchase another vehicle here.
