Yes it was announced on WBIR back in Jan that Megabus is no longer going to or from Knoxville, Tn.

Not anymore.

My family and live in Memphis and we want to move to Knoxville. Can someone tell me when buses start running in the morning and when they stop in the evening? We have one car. So buses may be essential for getting to work. Thank you so much.

it stops at the Greater Binghamton Transportation Center. however the mega bus no longer stops in Knoxville if I'm not mistaken, check mega bus website for further details.
