Nice people. They worked with my son while he had to battle it out with AAA to get his car towed. We had to make two trips to Knoxville from kingsport (94 miles one way) because of them.

Branch Manager Cheri has outperformed every Branch Manager that i have personally dealt with. I have done business with IAA for many years and most branch managers lack the care and resolve that Cheri Hollister demonstrated. She helped me resolve a matter that was unforseen and just when i had given up hope...here she was, exhibitin outstanding customer service. She got it done.

All these reviews scared me . I went there today and I have to say every one I spoke with was very nice and respectful of me . Every employee at this place of business was very helpful . I can honestly say that I have never met a nicer group of people. Jennifer was the main person I worked with she went above and beyond what I expected! Everyone who has negative cOmments on staff here might want to check themselves . You may be just getting back the way you treat them.
