Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I’ve been seeing Sue at this location for many years. I don’t have a lot of hair, but she’s always managers to cut it in a way that was cute. Last week I took the plunge, and had her give me highlights. Sue is a Master Color Artist. So I felt comfortable allowing her to do this. The highlights came out far better than I anticipated. So much so that as I was walking through the airport in Phoenix a complete stranger stopped me to tell me how great my highlights looked. If that isn’t confirmation of a job well done I don’t know what is.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLORED HERE! I went here today to get my hair cut and colored and the lady ended up turning my hair orange then put bleach in it and over processed it to the point that my hair was white and coming out in clumps where she put the bleach at If you want to keep your hair attached to your head I suggest you stay far far away from this fantastic sams

Unless you want your hair completely different than what you show them a picture of or even explain to them how you want it then I suggest going to a different place they will take on a hairstyle knowing full well that they are not capable of doing it! Very unprofessional do yourself a favor and your hair a favor and go somewhere else

I asked for a trim , which typically means the same haircut but a bit shorter, just cutting off dead ends, however the cutter took off way more than just a trim, and now my hair is ugly as sin. And the worst part about is that she just took it in her own direction, apart from my instructions, with one conversation between her and someone else being: "That's a lot of hair, he's not going to have any left", and she replied, "There will be some, but he needs it off, and now he's going to look good". Paraphrased a bit, but the service was terrible. Edit due to recent developments: The left side was cut too short as opposed to the right side, and the front bangs are uneven.
