The service department cannot be trusted. I repeat they cannot be trusted. This is usually my go-to dealership to get repairs done on my Jeep. The last time I had it in there for warranty repair the Master Drive technician Erik told my service advisor Leonard that I needed a complete front brake job and that my brakes were metal on metal and that I needed rotors as well. The next day I took my wheel off and took the caliper off to check the brakes and these pads have probably 80% pad still left on them. The last time I had a brake job was about 2 years ago. The dealership almost didn't want me to leave without getting them done saying it was too dangerous to drive with the pads like that. Without me even looking at them they tried selling me a $550 brake job. There was one other instance at this same dealership they told me I needed a new serpentine belt. So I took their word and told them to replace it. I also said I want the old one back. When I received the belt that they took off it still looked practically new. There wasn't even one crack in it. I am done with this dealership I will never come back and, take my warning, don't trust anything they say.
