A stop of last resort. More expensive than anything in the area with horrible staff.

None of the pumps had working credit card readers. I went in and prepaid but guessed too high. I went back in to ask for the ~$2 back that I overpaid and attendant tried to charge me ~$2 more rather than refund. She had to call someone and walk out to the pump to understand that I was due $. Also used the bathroom and a swipe with a damp paper towel on the mirror suggested it had not been cleaned in a real long time.

We were very weary and disoriented travelers. This place is clean, delightful on the inside, including the bathrooms. This place is peaceful, clean, professional, and efficient. We also got sweet tea and chicken nuggets at Wendy’s which is pretty much next door, which was perfect. This stop helped us hold it together for the last few hours of a very, very long trip. Do the safe and restorative thing, and take your rest stop here.

Card readers on the pumps are broken. Had to go inside to pay. Easy access from the interstate. Wife went in for a potty break and reported back that the restroom was fine or ok, to me means clean. She is not much of a reviewer. :-) Ladies restroom gets this store a 4 star.
