I'm giving it a 1 star because you can't do no star. All this place is known for is gouging on price. Would be ok if the highlights I had gotten was beer than a cosmetologist student! plus left without a toner. If a stylist can't recognize when it's necessary to use a toner, that's pretty pathetic! In my experience it was necessary. I was told it looked great (by the stylist) it didn't. Plus, too, I'm a stylist myself, I'm extremely disappointed. Will continue to share my experience with everyone. Word of mouth speaks volumes!
