It was my first time getting my nails done here. I have no idea why they have such great ratings. Terrible service (and I mean just straight up RUDE/unprofessional) and I walked out with spending almost $90.00 and was unhappy with my pedicure. My manicure was okay.. but the lady who was doing my pedicure started my manicure then just asked someone else to finish it (which I am grateful for bc she was doing a terrible job). I heard the people who actually are good at this place aren’t even working there anymore so maybe that’s why they have good ratings. All in all not impressed and will never go back.

My first time and experience at the salon. It was clean. I observed the staff clean and sanitize the seats. My pedicure was phenomenal by a technician named Paige (who gets 5 stars). My nail tech and I discussed size, shape and length. I did not get the shape that I illustrated with a picture. The length is a bit short and inconsistent left is longer than the right and a few of the nails are crooked. Regarding appointment-you will need an appointment for service.. If you do not have a determined tech, you will get the first available person. For some people, that could be a thing. Some techs maybe better at specifics like designs. All in all, my experience was good. I will return soon.

I stumbled upon this salon while looking for a place near Ikea and had such a good experience! I called in advance for a manicure appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. They took note of what I wanted done and remembered when I walked in (sadly not the norm at many places these days). The nail technician, Tee, was attentive and detail oriented throughout the whole process. I appreciate that she put base coat on to protect my nails which many places don’t do to save time. There was a relaxed atmosphere. It was reasonably affordable - $48 for dip removal and gel mani. Overall definitely recommend!

Regular manicures are $18. Regular mani/pedi combos is $40.
It depends upon what you get. A mani with Chellac is $30 I believe. I just went the other day, and got tips with dip, and pedicure, I think it was $65 or $70... EVERY ONE there is really good! It's worth the money.
