Our air conditioner wasn't working, so I called the company that advertises heavily for AC service. They put us under pressure by sending another technician out right away when our compressor died. For replacement, they demanded almost $14,000. I questioned a friend who she used in Collegeville because I didn't trust them, and she recommended Elite HVAC Contractors. I dialled her number and spoke with her. Before sending an estimator, she initially had a technician arrive. We had air conditioning for around $350 thanks to the service technician's discovery of a little defective part. You all are wonderful.

I had several questions about HVAC issues in my early 90's two-story home. Tim responded and based solely on my description, he provided me with the most likely solution to our problem. He also did his best to find someone who met Elite HVAC's criteria, since there were no contractors directly linked to their site in my area. Although we have not yet settled on a contractor to correct the problem, Tim's advice was very helpful in narrowing down a fix will cost us much less than some other recommendations. I highly recommend working with Tim!
