Easy work if you get the right cell just very poor working conditions. They the amount of " mold release" you breath in every shift is disgusting.No room for error even for new people.poor/no training. Cell 5 stretches your legs so far it hurts to walk. Favoritism is huge here. Same for double standards. Lots of lazy people work here and the few good people pay for it.

Everything is good as I see it. The people are mostly good. I have received a raise about two times a year since starting back in 2016. Work is work. Come to go to work and everything should be ok.
No cnc machines. We have plastic injection machines. Thats where i work at. Press machines. Its working with foam parts that go on automobiles. Plastic as well
Go to the office in person.
