Every time I into this store, the younger cashier's are just standing around or leaning on the poles, looking at their phones doing nothing while others are working hard. Very unprofessional!! Please, hire people that actually want to work as a team player and not stand around looking at their phones! They way they look at the registers looks like I'm walking into a grocery store in the ghetto. If this continues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This is at the Toledo Ohio store on Central Ave. I thought this was an upper class kind of grocery store?

Fresh market is my favorite store ever and I am ultimate loyalty member as well. They have very tasty coffee beens ever. Unfortunately, my last two experience were very awful. I bought baby arugula and spring max. When l get home I found the arugula was very poor quality and dirty. After two days, the spring max was not expired and it became very nasty and smelled terrible. I submitted complaint regarding this concern right away via their Twitter account and unfortunately my complaint went under unprofessional team leaders. They asked me to check for any updates and this shows how poor the costumer service is. There are many fresh stores in this area. You should check them out before wasting your money with unprofessional customer and poor food quality. I highly did not recommend this place unless you are going to buy coffee beens.
