Poor, nonexistent customer service, bad company to do business with. My order was left unfulfilled for a week, was shipped the day after the chosen delivery date, with the package missing an item British Food Depot charged me for - even worse, they did not bring this to my attention - I caught this.

First order arrived much later than promised. Second order they advised several heavy items were out of stock, but refused to reduce the exhorbitant shipping costs to reflect the change so we cancelled. Read some positive things so decided to give them another chance, but cancelled order when they hadn't started prepping it 2 weeks after it was placed. They are very difficult to contact.

Ordered what were supposed to be frozen English Bangers. Per their website it seemed that the product would get to me in good shape. Today I received my order. Meat was not only NOT frozen but not even cold. I will never order from them again. Side note: the website states that this is a Coleman product. No such notation is on the packaging -- looks like a substitute product.
