One of the best, most professional experiences with a contractor EVER! They are expert at what they do, and very responsive and easy to work with. Absolutely the best.

Professional and they get the job done right!

Our foundation fell in on two sides and we were given Wolfe's name to help raise the house. We contacted them and everyone we spoke was extremely compassionate and helpful during a very stressful displaced time. Would highly recommend them to anyone in our situation or just looking to raise their home. Dan and Robin Kirchner

Wolfe lifted our kitchen 10" to remove the step between the main house and the kitchen. We can now replace the foundation creating a full height basement on this 1730's era revolutionary tavern. Wolfe was professional, efficient, hard working and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them for your moving project.

Most moves can take anywhere from one day to several weeks depending on the size, location, age, and structural limitations.
Hello Patrick, Most of our building moves stay within state. Mostly because houses are tall enough to get into the overhead utility wires and those are expensive to lift/move. This keeps most of our moves within a mile. You are welcome to call our office and speak to a salesman about your specific project to get more detailed information.
We will work anywhere around the world for the right project. We moved the Tippu Sultan's Armory in Mysuru, Karnataka, India a few years ago. You can see photos and information on it here: https://www.wolfehousebuildingmovers.com/project/tippu-sultans-armory-relocation/
Hello Anette, We are a structural moving company. We move houses and buildings of all kinds but not just the furniture. You will need to find another company to help you out with that.
Absolutely. Your mortgage company has financed the purchase of your building including the land on which it sits. Your mortgage company must be notified of any change that affects the address of your house as it appears on the deed. Without their written approval, they may require that the full amount of the mortgage be paid in full. Our legal contacts can help you to smoothly transition the change without penalty.
Permit requirements vary by area, so you should check with the zoning department or building department of your town, township, or county. You or your general contractor will typically be responsible to obtain the required building permits or lifting/moving permits. If your house is to be moved on a state road, then we would normally obtain the special hauling permit to travel on the road if one is required.
Our normal service area covers most of the northeast, east coast, and midwest regions of the United States. We have locations in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and North Carolina. We will travel outside of our normal service areas for large masonry or historic building move projects.
