The facility is clean and the employees are friendly and hard working. I’ve been going here for about a year now. I’ve been to several of the nail techs at Modern Nails and they’ve all been knowledgeable and very helpful. They are happy to help anyone and everyone.

I called the salon and asked to get my nails done with someone who wasn’t at this location. She informed me that the person did not work there with that name. So confused me goes to look if I called the wrong place and I did. So I replied “I must have called the wrong place, so sorry” as Im beginning to say “thank you goodbye” she doesn’t say anything and hangs up the phone. I understand I didn’t call for them but if I ever wanted to go somewhere else, this lack of foundational customer service is enough for me. I don’t want to be treated like money. The moment I wasn’t money. Click. Watch out if you go you may be treated like money and not a service.
