We chose Paso Robles Glass because we wanted to shop locally and we were not disappointed. Steve and Shiloh arrived promptly, starting quickly and found out that one window had been measured wrong when ordered, then reported it to the office to start the reorder. Afterwards, they started installing the 4 remaining windows like a well oiled machine, working so well together and the windows are beautiful! Thank you, Steve and Shiloh! Well done! We are so happy!

Milgard windows are the worst. Arm on the window crank broke and unable to get any repair service. PR Glass referred me to Milgard where I filed a service request on 8/28. Got an auto-reply email stating someone would contact me w/in 10 days. As of 9/14 still waiting for Milgard to call. Called Milgard today & no answer.
